Sell our public utilities?
We say NOPE.

Local Ownership, Local Control, Lower Rates.

Welcome Butler Residents!

After months of closed meetings with Pennsylvania American Water, the Butler Area Sewer Authority is planning to privatize YOUR sewer system. This deal would not only take control of an essential service out of the public’s hands but would saddle generations in Butler and beyond with unnecessary fees and exorbitant rate increases.

What can we do about it?

Local governments are failing us and the state government is complicit in water and waste water privatization across Pennsylvania. In Butler City and Butler Township, residents still have time to fight back. There are many ways to help. If you’d like to get involved, fill out this form to let us know how to reach you. Only by coming together can we win this fight.
